Program Overview

Approximate Age: 6 to 10 years old

The Elementary Group focuses on assisting each child with physical and social development. Children work on individual goals, especially as they foster maximum independence at home and in school. The conductor-teacher team works with the parents and students to identify the kinds of interventions needed, focusing on helping students achieve higher physical learning combined with curriculum enrichment. The intensive program is scheduled for two sessions per year. The Follow-Up Program runs every session, on Wednesday.

Elementary Follow-Up Group

The Elementary Follow-up Group is primarily for local students who have previously participated in conductive education and are enrolled in regular school. Children work on individual goals especially as they foster maximum independence at home and in school. Information brought to conductive education from children’s home schools is integrated into the cognitive function of this program.
