Early Childhood

Program Overview

Approximate Age: 3 to 6 years old

In the Early Childhood Group, most children attend CLC as their primary school, and the CLC conductor-teachers are licensed special education teachers in the State of Michigan. The curriculum of a typical preschool is covered while also transforming student motor learning, social/emotional development, and self-care skills. Improving problem solving and participation skills are emphasized in this group. The intensive program is scheduled for four sessions per year but will run more frequently if there is interest and a minimum of 3 applications for any given session throughout the year. The Follow-Up Program runs every session, twice a week at a rate of $135 per day.
