Video Assessment Overview
While the CLC values an in-person assessment, we realize this is not possible for all families due to geographical location. In this case, a video assessment is recommended. Please prepare and submit a home video that captures your child’s capabilities in functional activities such as:
- Lying
- Ways of transferring on the floor e.g. rolling, crawling, etc.
- Sitting up/sitting
- Standing-up/standing
- Walking
- Self-care e.g. eating, dressing, etc.
- Conversing with others or the camera
Please be sure to show your child with any special equipment he/she utilizes.
