Parent and Child Intensive Group

Approximate Age: Up to 3 years old

The Parent & Child Group is for children in their beginning stage of conductive education. A parent or caregiver stays with the child at all times, working directly with the conductors. The program is very stimulating, fun and intensive. The focus is on teaching the mother and father to work with their children in a playful manner. Adults also learn ways to encourage their child’s intellectual, physical and emotional development. The program is scheduled for three sessions per year but will be run more frequently if there is interest and a minimum of 4 applications for any given session throughout the year.

The Parent & Child Group is for children in their beginning stage of conductive education. A parent or caregiver stays with the child at all times, working directly with the conductors. Group or individual sessions can be scheduled as needed on an individual basis.

To provide opportunities for preschool and school age children with motor challenges to achieve optimal physical, cognitive and social independence through the application and promotion of conductive education principles.
