Housing Options

Families from out of the area often ask for recommendations for places to stay in the Grand Rapids area while their child is attending the Conductive Learning Center. We provide the housing options listed below because they are close to the Conductive Learning Center, guest-centered, competitive in cost for their type of facility, and located in good surroundings.

A 17-bedroom large farmhouse-like facility with five acres of rolling green lawn. Has a large kitchen, dining room, laundry, playroom, deck, toddler play yard and lighted walking paths in a quiet neighborhood. No one is ever turned away because of inability to pay. A fee of $25 per day is suggested when possible.

From $59 for a one bedroom and $94 for a two bedroom. Every spacious suite features all the comforts of home. You’ll also enjoy a complimentary hot breakfast every morning and an evening Manager’s Reception with a complimentary light meal every Monday-Thursday. Furnished apartments w/washer & dryer: one-bedroom = $55.33/night + 13% tax; two-bedroom = $60/night + 13% tax.
For 30 nights, one-bedroom = $1,600; two-bedroom = $1,800. Any additional nights would be at the rate above without the 13% tax.

Gatehouse Suites

$64/night plus tax for the one bedroom and $84/night for the two bedroom suites. Breakfast every morning and dinner three nights/week is included in your stay. All suites have a fully equiped kitchen. All suites have exterior entrances, the two bedroom suites are up a flight of stairs, the one bedroom suites (with pullouts) are on the ground floor. There is an exterior pool and the property is adjacent to Woodland Mall, Woodland Theater and area restaurants. Laundry facility and valet service is onsite. Ask about the additional savings for a stay of 30 nights or more.
