5/3 River Bank Run

Event Overview

At Conductive Learning Center, children with motor disorders learn to become confident, active and self-reliant individuals. These children may have cerebral palsy, spina bifida or other motor challenges that make even the smallest tasks – eating, buttoning a shirt or sitting in a chair – seem monumental. These children approach each and every day in the same way that Team CLC will prepare for the Fifth Third River Bank Run: by setting goals, training and strengthening their bodies to be the best they can be. Children are taught to see themselves as active and self-reliant participants in the world. By joining Team CLC, you can train and accomplish your goals while knowing you are also running to help the children at Conductive Learning Center prepare for their marathon: Life!
